CELBAN
The Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN) assesses,
within a nursing context, the communication skills of internationally-educated nurses whose native language is not English. It assesses speaking, listening, writing and reading and reports scores
in terms of the CLB.
