How do I register for the French test? (NCLC-AEL)

Why can’t I log in?

You will need to enter your username and password exactly as you have created. Please note that your password is case sensitive, so when entering the password, please make sure that you type the login credentials exactly as you created, which includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, special characters and spaces.

How do I reset the password?

How do I retrieve my user name?
